At Pokoza, we want every purchase to feel joyful and worry-free. If something isn’t quite right with your order, we’re here to help.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Please note: Shipping fees and shipping insurance are non-refundable.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:

Unworn or unused

With all original tags

In the original packaging

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Important:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
A valid tracking number must be provided to process your refund.
Customized / Personalized Items
Customized or personalized items are made specially for you and are not eligible for return, unless the error was on our side.
If there’s an issue with your custom item, please contact us and we’ll gladly help resolve it.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
Contact us immediately if:

Your item is damaged

Your item has a manufacturing defect

You received the wrong product
We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants, etc.)

Personalized or custom-made products

Personal care or beauty items
-
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Order Cancellations
Orders begin processing quickly.
Cancellation may be possible only if production or packing has not yet begun.
If your order has already been processed, a $15 restocking fee may apply.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
